Guests can join guided tours to the Flight Deck and Space Shuttle Pavilion, then experience the museum’s immersive attractions. Feel the thrill in the 4D Motion Ride Theater, where 3D visuals, dynamic seat motion, and surround sound take you on an action-packed journey through time and space. Or test your skills in the G-Force Simulator, flying legendary naval aircraft like the F-18 Hornet or F-4 Phantom II in high-intensity air-to-air combat with full 360-degree barrel rolls.
Transportation will be provided, with buses running continuously between the Sheraton New York Times Square and the Intrepid Museum throughout the event.
Important: Wristbands are required for entry and will be included in the envelope with your meeting badge when you check in at the CAS Registration Desk onsite in New York. Wristbands are non-replaceable and are provided only to fully registered attendees, spouses/guests, and those who pre-purchased individual event tickets.
Don’t miss this unforgettable evening of networking, dining, and high-flying adventure in one of New York’s most unique venues.
