The 2023 CAS Spring Meeting In-Person registration is now open.

The 2023 CAS Spring Meeting in-person registration fee includes educational sessions, three continental breakfasts, a luncheon on Monday, refreshment breaks, a welcome reception on Sunday and the Tuesday Buffet Dinner. Please note the special one-day registration for Active Candidates* on Monday, May 8. The fee is $250 and includes educational sessions, as well as Monday’s breakfast, luncheon, and refreshment breaks.

Early Registration

You are encouraged to register early for the 2023 CAS Spring Meeting. Please note that while there is limited space at this year’s Annual Meeting, CAS will work to accommodate as many meeting registrants as is safe to do so. The CAS reserves the right to limit the number of participants.

Note Regarding Fees: All attendee registration fees will increase by $200 if the registration is received after April 14, 2023. Similarly, accompanying person (spouse/guest) registration fees will increase by $100 if the registration is received after April 14, 2023. The CAS will send confirmations via email to all registrants prior to the meeting.

In lieu of the complete accompanying person (spouse/guest) registration package, attendees may purchase individual tickets to the social events for their guests. Individual tickets are available for the continental breakfasts, Sunday Welcome Reception and the Tuesday Buffet Dinner.

All individual tickets sold below are already included in both the attendee and the accompanying person (spouse/guest) package registration fee. These tickets are only intended for use by attendees wishing to bring a guest to individual social functions and NOT all the social functions. If your guest will attend all social functions, the package price of $420 (after April 14) is discounted vs the price of purchasing each individual ticket.

Registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received by the CAS Office on or before April 28, 2023, less a $100 processing fee. Only written cancellations will be honored. Please send cancellation requests email to refund@casact.org.

If the CAS Spring Meeting is canceled, participants receive a full refund for registration fees paid. Transportation and hotel costs or fees are the responsibility of attendee and are therefore not reimbursable by the CAS.

Livestream registration is now closed for the 2023 CAS Spring Meeting. However, you may still register for the Monday Complimentary Webcast featuring the Celebration of New Members, Featured Speaker, and Town Hall with CAS Leaders. The conference recordings may also be purchased after the event.

Registration fee is for one individual CAS member registration and includes all three days of livestream. Each person must register individually in order to obtain CE credit. Post-meeting session recordings from the entire conference are an additional $100.

If you are interested in registering six (or more) of your employees for the 2023 CAS Interactive Live Streaming: Spring, we have discount pricing as listed below! Please note that the discount will apply to both CAS members and non-members.

Once a bulk registration is purchased, the purchaser will be emailed a discount code unique to their organization. This discount code will allow the organization’s employees (in increments of six) to self-register for the 2023 CAS Interactive Live Streaming: Spring at no cost. Specific registration details will be provided with the discount code.

Note: Bulk registration will close on April 21, 2023, to allow time for all registration to be processed prior to the vendor deadline.

For the employer to obtain this code, they will need to:

1. Login to CAS Store.

2. One representative from an organization registers for the quantity of bulk registrations (in multitudes of 6), add to cart, and complete the purchase.

3. The representative will receive an email from the CAS with the discount code to distribute to the correlated number of employees. For example, if purchasing a bulk of 6, you will distribute the code to 6 employees.

Once an employer has the code and distributes it to the appropriate number of employees, individual employees should:

1. Login to CAS Store to register for the 2023 CAS Interactive Live Streaming: Spring

2. Add “Full Event Individual Registration” to the cart, regardless of price shown.

3. Apply the discount code. This will give them a zero-balance fee.

4. Click "Next” until they ‘Submit Order’ and receive a confirmation email.

5. A confirmation email will be issued upon completion of registration.

Another email will follow closer to the event date that will include login instructions.
